Today was my first annual Easter Rock Hunt. They are really good at hiding.
First, they made a bee line for the Hyancinths. Can’t say I blame them. The scent is intoxicating.
Next, the white one decided to nestle in the Crepe Myrtle. I must say it has good taste – nice contrast.
The yellow one decide to find a tropical hiding spot.
The pink one thought it would get lost in an invasive groundcover.
But, they all had to come back together for their reunion shot, under the Hellebores.
And, then they went home.
Temporarily, at least. Awaiting the completion of my new rock garden, in which they will have their own sheltered permanent homes.
In other news, the third and final kitchen garden bed is being started. YEAH! Hope everyone is having a great Easter Sunday too!
