Wow, what a day! We started very early – I must admit we look pretty cheery considering what time it was.

Did I mention it was SNOWING!

And here is my view now. My curly hair is smiling, happy to be back where it was discovered! CALIFORNIA!

I am going to try to post every day, because this is quite the adventure, and because I will have lots of time! Just need an internet connection, we’ll see how that goes (or rather how much that costs) in the middle of the Pacific. ALOHA ya’ll!
