Today was cookie swap day at TSS. I actually made some cookies! I  can’t even remember that last time I made cookies (maybe never?). Boy, you can make a mess out of the kitchen in this process. I made Cool Whip cookies – only 3 ingredients. They are fantastic! Maybe not as pretty as other cookies, but they hold their own in the taste department. This was my first cookie swap, it was fun to put a box together with everyone’s treats.
